Our Distributor Visits HQ: Shanghai Winner

What a fantastic and productive week with Shanghai Winner, our channel partner serving all regions in China. CEO Michael Heng along with Jackie, James and Roy from the Winner team visited the #Protochips headquarters for a full week of training in all things service and customer support. From time spent on the microscope with Katherine Marusak, Ph.D., our amazing Product Development engineer and resident microscopist, to installation and service training with Dan Gardiner, Tenet Liu, and Ben Addis, the week was nothing short of successful. In addition to training, the #ShanghaiWInner team also got to enjoy classic American breakfast treats as well as unique activities like axe throwing.

We are extremely thrilled about this partnership and this visit was yet another opportunity to get to know the Winner team and help them best support customers in their region!
